Our primary business has long been Sage BusinessVision and related systems (Crystal Reports, third-party add-on modules, etc.). We have focused on BusinessVision because a) it's a great product line that meets the needs of many, many small businesses, and b) clients need help, and after almost 20 years, we know we can help them. However, we also learned a long time ago that small businesses help for more than just their accounting system. They also need general support, networking, custom application development, and so on.
Now, we are not a big company, and anyone who claims to know how to do everything is either badly mistaken or misleading you.
So, our approach for many years has been to find partners that we know can do what they say, and what our clients need.
